Machine, Pico Fall Machine, Pulverizer, Small Grocery Shop, Hand Cart \u2013 with Roof, Xerox Machine etc. To purchase, deduct 10 percent beneficiary share and deposit the amount approved in the Purchase Committee Meeting into the bank account of the concerned beneficiary.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Required documents<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nCompleted application form, certificate of 40% or more disability from the District Surgeon, electricity bill, Aadhaar card, proof of local residence (e.g. ration card), Poverty Line Number and Certificate or Income Certificate from the Tehsildar, copy of Gram Sabha resolution if in tribal area, copy of bank account passbook.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
