Grants and Benefits:-
1. Registered (active) construction workers should first apply to the District Executive Officer/Deputy District Executive Officer, Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board in the form prescribed by the Board.
2. After scrutinizing the application received from the construction worker, the District Level Beneficiary Selection Committee will examine the applicant's eligibility as well as the documents submitted along with the application and select the construction worker who qualifies as a beneficiary under the Atal Construction Worker Housing Scheme (Rural).
Documents to be attached by the beneficiaries with the proposal
1. Copy of identity card issued by the competent authority as a registered construction worker
2. Aadhaar Card - Copy of voluntarily provided Aadhaar Card
3. 7/12 extract/property registration certificate/property register in Gram Panchayat.
4. Photocopy of the passbook of the savings account operated in the beneficiary's own name.
