Government Decision No. Panvia-2020/Pr.No.59/Finance-4 dated 26th June 2020 from the Rural Development Department, matters to be done by Panchayat Raj Institutions from the funds of the 15th Central Finance Commission as per the guidelines.
- Basic grant is of untied nature. This grant is used by rural local self-government bodies for other necessary matters as per local needs, excluding employee salaries and establishment matters.
- Tied Grant Tied Grant is used for 1) Maintenance and repair of sanitation and open defecation free local bodies 2) Drinking water supply, water recharge/rain water harvesting, water recycling.
