Land falling within the village limits under the Gram Panchayat and land approved by the competent planning authority for residential purposes outside the village limits.

3. Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural, a house of 25 sq m can be constructed. In addition, for other basic facilities, it has been approved to purchase land of up to 500 sq ft per beneficiary, assuming the area around the house.
4. If the area of the actual land is up to 500 sq. ft. per beneficiary, the financial assistance will be provided to the beneficiaries up to the cost of the actual land or Rs. 1,00,000/-, whichever is lower.
5. If the cost of the land is more than Rs. 1,00,000/- and the beneficiary is willing to pay the amount above himself, he will be given the benefit of this scheme.
